The PosAbilities Pathways Day Program at PosAbilities Center is a structured and supportive program designed to enhance the quality of life and promote independence among participants. Our program focuses on skill development, structured activities, therapeutic support, community inclusion, and individualized support plans to ensure each participant receives the personalized care they need to thrive.

- Skill Development: Programs focused on enhancing communication, socialization, self-care, and community integration.

The PosAbilities Pathways Day Program is built on the proven success of our Summer at PosAbilities Program and our comprehensive Vocational Programs. These initiatives have consistently demonstrated our commitment to fostering independence, skill development, and community integration for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our Summer at PosAbilities Program has been a beacon of growth and enjoyment, providing participants with structured activities that enhance social, motor, and communication skills. This program has not only offered meaningful summer experiences but has also served as a foundational model for our day support program, ensuring that participants continue to thrive throughout the year.
Similarly, our Vocational Programs have successfully prepared participants for employment by equipping them with essential job-specific skills and professional readiness. These programs have empowered many to achieve greater independence and success in the workforce, and their principles are deeply embedded in the PosAbilities Pathways Day Support Program.
In developing PosAbilities Pathways, we have designed the program to meet the stringent requirements necessary to gain licensing through the DD waiver. This ensures that our participants receive a high standard of care and support, with services that are not only innovative and personalized but also fully compliant with state regulations.
DISCLAIMER: We are anticipating to receive the Day Support Program Licensing within the next couple of months. Until then, we will be offering the program as a private pay option only.
