Vision and Mission
Our Vision is to become the premier vocational program in Loudoun County for students with a documented intellectual or developmental disability whose goals are vocationally focused.
Our Mission is to provide students with a documented intellectual or developmental disability the and gain the necessary academic, vocational, and independent living skills to obtain gainful employment and increase their access to their community and resources

Our Approach
At PosAbilities Academy, we understand that individuals learn differently. That is why each semester we work with students and families
to determine what classes, schedule, and related services will help
each student reach his or her goals.
PosAbilities Academy addresses not just academic goals, but also the vocational path each student chooses. We make the principles of
Applied Behavior Analysis a cornerstone of our educational approach
to implementing each student's Individualized Plan.
Our multi-layer approach to education includes Functional Academics, Vocational Training, Applied Behavior Analysis and ABA based Instruction.
